Beth & BobbiAnn handled the interstate adoption of our son and we could not be more pleased. They went above and beyond to ensure we left SC with the proper documentation and helped get us home sooner than expected by clearing us with ICPC. They met us on weekends to get paperwork signed and always tried to make it easy. They followed our journey through to the end, and we appreciate everything they did to help make us a family of four.

If there were a rating lower than 1 star, I would select it. I would not recommend Beth as a GAL based on my experience. Key proven evidence was not included in the final report. When this was pointed out, she acknowledged the omission and agreed to correct the report at no charge after court was already postponed. Report was never redone, even though I have a email from her stating she would update report as soon as possible. There was also an older court order included in her final report instead of the most recent one from the hearing she attended. When that was pointed out, she said she had not realized the order had changed. She was at court hearing at time of order change When confronted about not reviewing the Wizard app — which is where all communication was stored — she did not

Wouldn’t recommend as a GAL. Does bare minimum to get paid but will not do her due diligence to consider both parents sides when making recommendations to the judge for the overall well being of the child/kids.
