How many real and profitable solutions went ignored on your behalf? How much coercion happened that set up a failure to reach any real agreement? How long were you needlessly dragged through simple processes and then billed for it? This lawyer now refuses to communicate with her client on settlement of the debt on the house. This law firm is a piece of work. I was at work today & they called me multiple times. So, I wait a couple minutes & I call back. When I do, the secretary or whoever she is answers the phone. I tell her why I called and before I can finish my sentence she insist to me they never called my phone. She was rude with her tone. Well, if you didn’t, then how in the world do I have so many missed calls? I also have a voicemail. I have an iPhone 13 plus max so they can’t make an excuse it’s my phone. I tried to tell them they definitely called me, yet the employee told me no that’s “impossible”. Like if it’s impossible how did I call ya’ll back? This lawyer not only charged us a $200 consultation fee, which seems to be the standard in this area, but also $1000 to file an answer with the courts that costs a quarter of that to file yourself. She claimed it was to "represent" my husband, and then wasn't in court at all. She has given him incorrect information consistently, nonsense about time stamps on court documents and judgments, etc. Do NOT use this lawyer. I recommend Larry Hudspeth!!

I cannot recommend Ann enough. I live out of state and was in a custody battle with my ex husband who resides in Jacksonville. Ann was there for me every step of the way; listening to my concerns, responding to all of my questions and giving me all the information I needed to get through this situation. She is an excellent attorney, and I would recommend her to anyone going through a custody issue.

Has anyone filed a complaint against her with the bar association? She continues to do the same as discussed in many reviews in our case. Her tactics are to drag out everything as long as possible until you are exhausted financially and emotionally. None of this is in the child’s best interest. The facts don’t ever get presented because she contests everything and can’t even get a trial because the child custody case is ‘too complicated’. Our attorney never hears back from Meready. When she does, nothing is ever agreed upon and it has to go to court. When we try to get a court date, Meready argues it will take too many witnesses and can’t happen due to COVID restrictions. These are all facts. No opinions. Only temporary orders since 2018. No resolution. The child suffers.
