Extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Told me that they would not be able to call me back with a simple answer for up to two weeks, hung up on me without even taking my phone number.
He is so crooked and threatening, he lies consistently. We are sending our interactions with him to the NC Bar after the awful experience we had with him.
Mr Alexander and staff made a difficult time bearable. I'm so thankful for all the help settling the estate for my family.
