The experience I've had was great in beginning of sale and explanation of details.However after month of time to collect seemed to be disapointing with waitng to hear status update to simple business correspondence. Getting date of expected closure of details of the documentation that seemed to go as expected. after prolonged communicating after months at the end of the settlement,Calling to get thorough information or status was not in my favor. No call back or response was hesitantly disappinting. Feeling like not priority as other tasks feels confusing when depending on something to come through and having less communication with confusion to the conclusion of finalizing and recieving to complete the estate process.
