DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!! Horrible, rude, condescending, ill-mannered, arrogant, snooty, and patronizing. I have absolutley nothing good to say about these people. My husband and I were in the process of purchasing a property (foreclosure) from Sharon B. Alexander. We came to an agreement on price. We were emailed and told to come into the office and sign the contract. We told her we would have to schedule a time to come in as we were unavailable that day. She emailed back saying "ok, come in whenever it best suits you, the contract will be at the front desk for you to sign". We went in the next day to sign and Sharon informed us that because we didn't come in and sign the day prior, that she contacted another interested party and they gave a higher bid. I have used this firm at least three times for real estate transactions- both buying and selling residential property- and I have had excellent experiences working with Lucy Massagee and her assistant Heidi all three times.
