Melody was an over achiever. She went over & beyond to help me. She never judged me. She made me feel so comfortable and even though it wasn’t a great subject she just rocks!!!

This firm is the absolute worst I’ve ever dealt with. They tell you that your account doesn’t meet the requirements for automatic payment. They said I had to call in every month to make the payment. What a lie that was. They made sure the money came right out of my account regardless. If you don’t pay them, they make sure they either put a lien on your bank account or garnish your wages. They are brutal. Just be careful with anyone dealing with them going forward.

These people have been calling me constantly near daily for more than six months. I don't know why. I've never even heard of these people before then, I don't have any account with them, I have never ever in my life reached our or again HEARD OF THESE PEOPLE. The calls are so god damn annoying plus the voice mail STOP!

They spare no expense when it comes to indiscriminately harassing people with legal recourse until you reach the point of bankruptcy and starvation

This is a horrible, predatory company and for anyone dealing with them I recommend keeping vigilant records and getting absolutely everything in writing. Do not trust *any* deals you make with anyone over the phone. Keep written records of absolutely everything and be prepared for them to bring you to court. They are the absolute bottom of the barrel.
