The seller didn't have their own attorney. So, they didn't have a lot of help. Lisa Higgins was very patient with them (and me) while we put all the paperwork together. Justin DiFilippo always answered the phone when I called, or called me back right away. It went smoothly considering the unconventional relationships between attorney, buyer, and seller.
