See this was a personal matter while I sat in that building for so long with my dad, losing money for his work permit & losing money on my end taking off of work because you guys are not organized and always give him the run around. It’s always next time you come we will have it done, but NEVER received his work permit. Then when we ask for a refund it’s oh no you can’t get a refund. So he can’t get a work permit I paid for or a refund when YOU GUYS aren’t doing your job. While I sat there I over heard the front desk lady asking the supervisor, “When we get home should we cook or order dinner tonight.” WHICH IS UNPROFESSIONAL AT EVERY LEVEL. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FROM FRONT DESK TO SUPERVISORS & INCLUDING HR. NOT ONLY DO THEY DEGRADE THERE CLIENTS THEY DEGRADE THERE STAFF AS WELL, UNLESS ITS SISTER IN LAWS LIKE THE ONE AT FRONT DESK AND THE ONE WHOS A SUPERVISOR. WHICH IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST BECAUSE THAT ISN'T AND SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED. THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT SHOW NO EFFORT IN ACTUALLY HELPING THOSE THAT NEED HELP. THIS PLACE HAS A 3.5 RATING AND SHOULD BE A 0.5 BUT SINCE THE WORKERS RATE THERE OWN JOB IT GOES UP SO YOU GUYS GET THE BIGGER PICTURE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE BRING IT ELSE WHERE, TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE. P.S THEY HAVE LOST OVER 9 WORKERS IN THE PAST YEAR.
