Disappointing experience at Eduardo's law office. We were referred here for immigration services, but the atmosphere was unwelcoming and the staff's attitude was off putting. No front desk, just a room with desks, and the staff made no effort to acknowledge us. When I greeted one of the women, she responded with a muffled 'mmhmm', leaving me unsure if she spoke English or Spanish. When I asked if she spoke either language, she replied with an annoyed, 'I speak both'. Not exactly the warm welcome we were expecting, especially for a professional service. If this is how they treat potential clients, I'm surprised they retain any. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's not an excuse for poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Andrea was incredible in helping my dad obtain his green card. She guided us through every step with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care, making a stressful process much easier to handle. 10/29/25 update Someone took my information and I will not hear from them again until this review is looked upon again. I paid in full and they have delivered excuses after excuses... I do not need to be in person. Either refund me my money or finish the job. Your staff was keen on telling me about filing and all this nonsense while they wrote out the money order incorrectly. No accountability and I am owed the money or the product I paid for. Hi all! This is the second review I make. I deleted the first one after I received an immediate phone call from their office.
