Mr. Whittenbrink did not represent me. Based on conversations with him, I developed serious concerns about his views on family law and felt deeply uncomfortable with his approach. After discussing East Baton Rouge Family Court and the systemic issues impacting children and parents, his perspective did not align with the level of awareness, care, or sensitivity I believe is essential in this area of practice. I would not feel safe entrusting him with matters involving my children or navigating a system as damaging and complex as family court. Accordingly, I would not recommend him as a family law advocate.

Mr Wittenbrink was exceptional at getting us exactly the results we were hoping for in our custody case. He is very proactive and was able to have multiple out of court conversations with the judges to accelerate the timeline and resolve things quickly. He answered all of our questions and helped explain the process in clear and concise ways as it was happening. His billing is clear and upfront, and he is overall a very skilled attorney.

Would give 0 stars if could. This man took us for thousands and thousands of dollars. Kept wanting more retainer money. Charged for postage stamp phone call email. Every second was charged. But he did absoluto nothing in our child custody case. Court date scheduled twice because didn’t show up for first. Claimed got date mixed up. Thankfully judge granted a reschedule and he didn’t show up again. Never heard from him and when tried call was told he was in court d at somewhere else!!! Never heard from him again, money wasted, hard get back what little retainer had left and still had hire another attorney and start over. By then family court getting irritated with us.
