When my husband and I went in and met with Chase and his entire staff it was like we had known them all of our life. Chase sat with us and explained everything in detail . We were very blessed to have came out of the accident without severe injuries and he truly was compassionate that we were in an accident with someone with minimal coverage and we were fortunate that we were able to get our bills paid.
