Jerry Phillips is highly skilled and genuinely cares for his clients. He knows the law and is aggressive in the court room. In my opinion he's the best attorney in our area and I wouldn't choose anybody else to ever represent me. He is the BEST! I'd give him 10 stars if I could, an A+ rating all the way around.

Got pulled over for dui in perrysburg back in 2011. Was asked to take breathalyzer, I refused. Cops tried to talk me into it, saying it was an automatic 1 year suspension if I didn’t, but I still refused. The police got very pissed off, as well as the judge and prosecutor. Gave me a crazy high bond for first offense, as well as no 10%. My aunt worked with Jerome Phillips years before, and recommended him to me. I had the entire system absolutely pissed at me, and Jerry walked into court with me, got everything pled down to the smallest charge I’ve ever heard of (I think it ended up being driving on expired registration), and a fine. Could’ve served the maximum with how upset the judge and prosecutor were with me, but I walked out with hardly anything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FIRM
