I was referred here and i must say the communication here is absolutely horrible….. for the price they give you still have to do all the work… they want you to send this and that and the process is very time consuming and tedious… they messed my profile up numerous of time which is still not corrected with MY name and yes i have been told them about it. And last sophia that answers from the answering service or something don’t let you finish what you’re saying before she cuts you off… and she’s no help at all to be honest she just tries to get you off the phone and she never connects me with who i need to speak with. She tells you one thing and your case manager tells you another …. i’m lost and frustrated and’s tbh i’ve never had to do all this work with the other company i went thru… hop

My original meeting with a lawyer back In spring 2025 had me hopeful. Working with them through the beginning was fairly easy and communication was good. Once the process was nearing the end, there were loose ends that needed to be tied up and have yet to be settled. I've Communicated by calling, emailing, and texting with no response. I've tried to contact multiple different people, and no one has been able to help. I still have a debt that has not been handled and the creditor refuses to work with me. They have requested my lawyer to contact them. For some reason no one at Fairmax has been able to contact them and settle this for me. I have been trying to handle all this on my own since August 2025 while at the same time, still paying Fairmax twice a month for their service. It's stressf

UPDATE: the communication is HORRIBLE! My original review was negative until they contacted me several times asking me to update my review to a positive one and said they were fixing the communication issue.. we have now gone back to ZERO communication after I had my trustee meeting and the PARALEGAL FAILED to submit documents to the trustee leaving us to reschedule for a new meeting. There were some communication issues in the beginning but they have been resolved and they have communicated very well since the issues were resolved.
