Atty Crossen spent significant time with my 20 yr old and with me helping us understand our legal position after an accident. He was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive! It was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. MR. CROSSEN was useless in fact he hurt my case. He knew crucial information that would have helped my case but stayed silent , completely silent not advocating for my interest in the least bit. He would never address my emails,instead asked me to call him, wen I called he would still not address's them and then charge for both. TWICE! I asked him for a revised bill to clarify some questionable charges and he retaliated by adding items and doubling others. He is a disgrace my family was caused great harm by his inactions. I hope he develops a concise so he can understand the actions his in actions have caused. Shameful
