Thomas J Pellish Law Office

I recently hired Tim Pellish to assist me with a real estate matter and while he has a great personality I unfortunately can not recommend anyone retain his services. After the initial consultation he pretty much ignored everything I told him and as a result gave me poor advise that got me no resolution and cost me around $9000 in expenses. Overall I ended up demonstrably worse off by retaining Pellish and would have been much better off had I never engaged him in the first place.

My wife and I stopped by this law firm we could not believe the expertise of this lawyer. I’m not really sure of his name. I think it was Tim when we walked in. We were immediately greeted by a receptionist named Dottie. We were so impressed. We told all our friends and family about the outstanding law practice, which literally saved us thousands of dollars in a financial decision decision-making, which we discussed in length and closing I would like to say if you have a serious matter, I would highly recommend you give them a call and inquire about the services they provide sincerely James.

He took my case and said it was an easy one because of the situation. I paid him half of the money and he did absolutely nothing. I was the one calling about certain things that he should have been. Within the 6 months he was my lawyer I did more work then him! Nothing was ever said about him refunding my money until after I had asked for a breakdown of what all the money went for and he then refunded a portion on what I paid him and I still never recieved that list. I was very unhappy with how my case was handled. Will not recommend him.
