I am writing this review to express my deep concerns regarding the handling of my family case and the communication issues I have consistently faced with the staff. Firstly, I have never been in direct contact with the attorney assigned to my case; all interactions have been with his legal assistant, Denise. Unfortunately, this has created a disconnect. When pressed for information before the court date, the attorney was completely unaware of my case and did not even know who I was. This lack of familiarity is concerning as it directly impacts the seriousness with which my case is regarded. His staff is also quite kind. Matilda is very polite and his secretary is always on task. Mr. Singh did a great job for me. I was very impressed with his thoroughness in handling my case. What I appreciated most was the personal attention he gave me. He listened to my issues with an open mind and gave me a good and complete explanation of my options. When I made my decisions he respected them and proceeded forward in a professional manner.
