I inquired about their services and was immediately put off by their terrible customer service. I was told they are 6 months out and would not be able to do anything until then. I said that was fine and was supposed to receive a follow up email so we could get started. That email never came. I have instead contracted a firm from Los Angeles county, where professionalism is still held in high regard.
This law firm was very helpful. Got to talk to the attorney on the phone who went over everything with me that I had questions about and didn't even charge me a consultation fee. I highly recommend this law office.
