I recently returned a call from this office to find out why they had contacted me. They were attempting to reach someone with the last name Vasquez, which is not me. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unwilling to acknowledge that mistakes can happen. Despite explaining the situation clearly, he was reluctant to remove my number from their call list. Customer service, especially in a legal setting, should reflect professionalism and courtesy. I would strongly recommend additional training in communication and basic client interaction standards. A simple acknowledgment and resolution would have gone a long way. Recieved a call regarding my father, was told to call back the number for more information. Not only was i disrespected verbally but also hung up on 5 times. Rudest people i have ever talked to DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Was told, "why would u care about your father whereabouts if you havent talked to him in years- you shouldn't invest time into someone who hasn't invested in you" thats DIRECT QUOTE. The disrespect and hanging up, along with the plain mean comments made to me when they called me about MY OWN FATHER. tells me "he doesnt care about you" WHO IS RUNNING THIS PLACE??? I AM BEYOND BAFFLED BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY strongly reccomend to do business elsewhere this is beyond customer service this is evil people plain and simple.

These people are incredibly rude!! Called me looking for someone that isn’t at this number so I called them back just to let them know they had the wrong number because it sounded like it was important. The person who answered interrupted me and started yelling at me in a very condescending way simply because I said I didn’t know who they were. When I tried to explain that I was just trying to be courteous to inform them they had the wrong number, the lady got even worse and I had to hang up.

I love this ms Williams I have known and grown with her over the years she is always there when u need her and she has the best team on her side thank you for allowing me and family to be apart of your legal help I know I gladly say I have a family attorney I can alway go too for help 🫶🏽🫶🏽💯💯🙏🏽🙏🏽
