Do not go here, I dealt with Jason Martell, but if the rest of the firm is ok with his attitude, don’t go to any of them. My wife and I’s first visit for a will/ trust. He( Jason) took a phone call in the middle of our meeting. He actually held his finger up at us while he took it from his kids about getting locked out of a car at home. Then told us about it for 10 more minutes. The next time was worse, I had questions about the will trust he drew up, and he just got aggressive and agitated with every question. I think he just wanted us to sign and get paid, but you actually need a lawyer to read what a lawyer says in a will. I think he forgot he was working for us, he seriously was just a jerk( putting it mildly). Do your research and check his history, I didn’t till after. I walked out

Susan Venrooy whom is no longer practicing at this firm for unknown reasons was appointed to our case and turned our family upside down emotionally and financially. Her incompetence and biased actions should be noted nationwide in her lack of concern for a minor child’s well-being because of her obvious hatred toward men during her own divorce case. Beyond those actions the charges were way overpriced!

To whom it may concern, Jason Martell is flippant, unsophisticated, and will not hesitate to attack you personally in a civil function. Do not trust him or his law firm to do their due diligence and fully investigate any one term or notion that could impact an all important family case. Also, be weary if you come from any other ethnicity or are not Caucasian because racial epitaphs and attacks from his perspective are forgivable with respect to the hospitality of children. He will draw emotional conclusions, exhibit gender bias, and conflate all issues in an attempt to confuse and overwhelm clients. Massive overcharge, $7000 for a basic land contract. They paid zero attention to us, had to bother them constantly to get the contract done. Avoid like the plague, they will attempt to rob you blind.
