Nice people, but when I needed them most for a lawsuit regarding real estate the main guy I was working with was out of country, which I understand you need a break but like, no heads up and paralegals were like “oh yeah just wait until he’s back” Oh sure, let me just go represent myself in court TLDR; when I switched lawyers another attorney got the case dropped so I didn’t even have to appear

Alexis Raihle, had an ethical complaint and some other grievance against her, after the Office of Lawyer Regulation investigated January of 2024, she had to enter into a diversion program. I don’t believe she is one bit remorseful for any of her behavior. I personally know she had a minor child served court papers while he was over the age of 14 it was still unusual behavior to have a child in a custody case served, mislead the courts, as well as being kicked out of the court room and escorted out of the court room for her out of control behavior. Needless to say her case didn’t go through way her or her client planned. I can only imagine why she had to enter into a diversion program. While this attorney has had poor and unethical behavior, I hope to see growth and change in the future

Alexis isn’t a good fit for a contested divorce. As soon as the retainer runs out, communication and representation goes downhill. Took 3 months just to get paperwork filed to put child support on reserve. She also knew the ex spouse wouldn’t backdate the overpayment in child support. It was as though she wasn’t representing her client but instead the other side for not trying to fight for the clients best interest. Due to the child support overpayment the client overpayed by over $5000. Alexis had an excuse for everything. Definitely not a good fit for this client. The client lost everything. Even the few things that was asked during the course of the divorce. She should have known to look up the property tax report of the marital home and use that as the amount for the marital home. But

I had Alexis Raihle as my attorney for a custody hearing and she was wonderful, caring, supportive and thorough from start to finish. She handled any concerns with urgency and made sure my voice was heard. Highly, highly recommend her!

Went to Raihle Law Office for discovery purposes. The attorney we spoke with made me feel like I was being questioned by prosecution. No excuse for that.
