Would not work with again. Multiple times did not return phone calls when we had questions during the process of home close. When we finally got to them, the level of customer service in tone made you feel like a burden vs a valued client. Supposed to get set money off through using them through my work but they left the price on the closing document until I noticed and asked them to remove it. (Don't you want attorneys with attention to detail throughout your process?) Well for this, we felt we had the attention to detail because the lack of communication was clear to us. We literally had to call and leave messages multiple times to understand their wiring process and then they said they don't really return calls and only communicate through their proprietary system but no one told us
