Debra was very thorough and courteous. She did a great job of squeezing us in after our closing was delayed for a day at the last minute. I would say that sometimes it was not as easy as I would like as far as her office answering the phone, but they did call return the call after leaving a message, and they also answered emails promptly. I would highly recommend Debra Whaley.

I did a closing with this office on a house I purchased in Morehead City. She did a great job on the closing and explained everything in detail. Before we finished the closing she said we could call anytime after that with questions. A few weeks after closing I called with one simple question. Been waiting 2 weeks and still no response after multiple calls. “She’s busy “ “she’s in a meeting this morning “ “I’ll talk to her this afternoon and get back with you “ but 2 weeks and still no response.
