I recently had the pleasure of refinancing my home and using Weeks and Irvine. They helped make the process seamless. My closing was at the summerville office. It was efficient, and the documents were well explained. I have previously used their office in North Charelston for processing a quit claim deed. I highly recommend them for your real-estate needs. I plan on using them in my future endeavors. Five Stars !

Weeks and Irvine was the closing attorney for the buyer on a real estate sale we had this week. I will not do another transaction that involves this firm. Very uncooperative demanding that my attorney follow their archaic policies and repeatedly pushing back for changes. Even demanded new payoff out 10 days. And they don’t do docusign. I assume the attorneys are old guys who expect everyone to sign in person like in the old days and won’t modernize their procedures. I’ve had a real estate agent and another attorney say that they remember this firm as one of the most difficult to deal with. Avoid if possible. I will ask future buyers who their attorney is to make sure it’s not this one.

I have worked with Constance over emails for many years and have never met her in person. Thank you for always being pleasant while working through each closing together.

We attempted to use this law firm for 7-8 months. With no recommendation's to get the help we needed. Eric really brought out a bit of frustration in myself and my husband. Real Estate Lawyers have pre-filled templates to complete deed's that literally take maybe a maximum of an hour of some one's time start to finish. Eric never remembered who we are, or just constantly treated us like we didn't matter. My husband and myself asked Eric to complete a deed removing ex wife. Eric flat out refused explaining "until we found the ex wife" 10 days later (found) by a PI we hired with no response from Eric during business hours. 7 pm Eric demands my husbands phone number via email with no explanations. To think our relator spoke of this firm so highly. We do not recommend...
