We recently used this firm for the closing of our new home. We arrived about 15 minutes early and were greeted by the front desk staff, who seemed a bit caught off guard by our early arrival. She stepped away to retrieve what I believe was one of the attorneys and returned shortly after to let us know it would be a little while. A short time later, we were escorted into another room and greeted by an attorney who reviewed the paperwork with us. The document review and signing process itself was efficient and straightforward. However, the overall experience felt very impersonal. Once we completed signing the required documents, the attorney thanked us and left the room, leaving my wife and me to gather our belongings and find our own way out.
