From beginning to end, this was probably one of the worst title company experiences I have ever had. Emails and phone calls were never returned. At closing, the person said apologies. I’m gonna be juggling two closings simultaneously [so I’m gonna be bouncing back-and-forth between two rooms and waste a lot of your time]. They charged the seller a $35 wire fee despite the seller being there and taking funds by a check which meant we had to wait while all the paperwork was changed, a revised check issued, and we were just inconvenienced. I told my realtor I would stop using them as a title company. They are just that bad.
Always a great pleasure to work with Ward & Taylor for real estate deals all over Delaware!
Theses guys are the best. I have used them for several real estate closings. They always have their paperwork correct and ready. I won't use anyone else in Delaware.
Unfortunately, they cant take my settlement because for sale by owner? I filled out contract? Are they paid by realtors? Very disappointed in them. Sounds illegal
They handled our settlement and it was without any concerns.
