Our first out of state purchase for a vacation house. We had to do everything via phone and emails due to the distance and COVID. Hal, Michelle and their team was very knowledgeable, very accommodating and responsive to our concerns. We had issues with the mortgage company and was concerned about closing on time. We could not do a remote closing due to the mortgage company. However we were able to meet the closing deadline thanks to their help.
