Been waiting for over a yr for her to get me a court date to get custody of my daughter. Paid her already and they still take child support for a kid I have living with me. Can never get ahold of her or get her to return any calls. 10 out of 10 would not use her again. Edit: almost to the end of my time with her one way or another. It's in her hands now if she turns in the paperwork to finalize my issue. If not then the judge is gonna drop my case and over a yr and a half would be wasted unless she turns everything in then it will be finally over and done with her. Still don't recommend her. Pretty sure the 5 star reviews are paid advertising or friends or family

If I could rate her I would give zero stars. She Never calls back even after over a weeks worth of messages she never sits down and meets with you even when requested, she catches you minutes before court starts, never remembers anything you’ve discussed. As a client I’ve had to do all the leg work even though I paid her $1.000! Do not recommend her to ANYONE, even CPS and child support states they have issues getting in touch with her! I’ve had to contact the court directly multiple times complaining our attorney won’t contact us back! She’s point blank TERRIBLE! She was not court appointed, she takes multiple vacations for an entire week and always some excuse why she’s never in the office or can take a phone call. Don’t waste your money!

Worst experience ever, with an attorney. Jenna would never return calls and did not submit, or talk to me about why she didn't submit, anything that I had sent to her. She did not return my call after a decision was made in the case. Her secretary emailed me the order 5 days after the case was decided. I still have not heard from Jenna.

Jenna Waldo is absolutely worthless as a juvenile prosecutor. Her name must have gotten her the job because lord knows she is clueless. She never once returned my phone calls over a period of ten months. She talks to you for about two minutes before court starts and she has no idea who you are or why anyone is there. I even started wondering if she was working for the defense at one point. If I could give her zero stars I would.

I hired Gina Waldo on a case for me and my step son and she so kind and understanding, she won our case with no problems, I will defiantly hire her again if needed. Thank you Gina Waldo. 2018.
