They closed a loan for my mother without verifying the funds as well as they should have in my opinion. They closed on a Friday and the buyers got the keys however they didn’t get the funds in hand until the start of the next week. That left my Mom in an extremely vulnerable position of the buyers taking possession of the property without her having the funds secured and confirmed by the agency. We have consulted with several professionals in the industry who were all extremely appalled. When we tried to get to the bottom of it and and questions the story on what happen wasn’t consistent. Ultimately my mother did get her funds after about a week from the closing so it ended well thankfully. The transaction left us deeply questioning the business and legal practices of this organizatio

My family and I have had by far the worst experience with Tom Klein. I understand that life happens even a pandemic but our experience goes beyond what is acceptable. After repeated attempts (emails, phone calls, office visits) to get clarification on one section of a will and simple answers to a couple of questions, I can honestly say we give up. I have never had to deal with blatant disregard of the concerns of clients, one of whom have passed!! The poor professionalism and dishonesty is deplorable. Six months our family has been requesting a phone call, an email, even video conference to no avail! I would not recommend this attorney to no one. Kathy (receptionist) even attempted to help but you can’t lead a horse to water. Thank you Kathy, but Mr. Klein no thanks to you and many improve

Very sloppy work. My son-in-law's name was misspelled on a deed to a farm they bought and Bestitle only wanted to correct it in one place. They said the county clerk would figure it out. That is no way to do legal documents. If that is Bestitle I would not like to see Worst title.
