The office receptionist was very polite over the phone and took all my information. She said she'd be in touch and would speak with Mike (Wagner) about my situation. She called back and set up an appointment to come in. When I arrived, it was not like any other law firm I've encountered. The place was professional but with a laid back style that I prefer. I was met by his 2 friendly and beautiful dogs. The receptionist came out to meet me and asked if I wanted anything to drink. Several minutes later, I met Mike and his assistant and we went to the conference room. The dogs came with us. 😁 Mike reminded me of the lawyer in the new TV series, Lincoln Lawyer.
