Wade made a complete mess of my custody case. It *was* high conflict when I hired him. He pushed me to go for sole after I had asked for mediation with the other party, I went along thinking he knew what he was doing and he gave me a lecture about “loving myself”. However, through this ordeal I quickly learned that his strategy was too aggressive and begged him through multiple emails to negotiate somehow with the other party. He charged me for every email I sent, and ignored my requests (these charges I got reduced after I complained). Finally I called him personally and he got annoyed with me and made me create my own parenting plan myself. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this attorney. This was my first ticket in the U.S., and I trusted him to handle it properly. Instead, he showed a complete lack of competence and effort. He didn’t fight for me, didn’t explore any possible alternatives, and as a result, I now have serious issues on my record that could have been avoided. A good attorney should at least try to minimize the impact of a violation, especially for a first-time offense. Instead, he seemed uninterested, unmotivated, and unwilling to do the work necessary to help his client. His lack of professionalism and commitment has now caused me significant problems that could affect my career. If you need someone who actually cares about their clients and knows how to handle cases properly—look elsewhere.

Alright law office. Was difficult to get a hold of them for an initial quote. Once you hire them, they are responsive. The screwed up and got me to send in the wrong forms, so I had to pay for shipping twice. They are probably better than nothing, but don't inspire much confidence over the phone. They were basically my only option in the region for a traffic citation, so I didn't have much of a choice.

How do you represent someone, never reach out to them, have them write a notorized disposition, but never even ask for the both video evidence I have to prove my innocence. Which i stated in the letter, but apparently he nor the "judge" read it. He did get it reduced, but it should have been thrown out. TRASH‼️ DO NOT USE THIS "LAWYER "

I received a speeding ticket and had Wade Bettis' team represent me. While I am not upset that the judge upheld the ticket, I was more bothered by the lack of guidance and direction this team gave me. There was only 1 phone call with the actual lawyer where he explained how I can pay him and the legal assistant's did not want to provide legal advice as they are not the lawyer. I am from WA and have a Traffic Attorney locally that is half the price, and 10x the support. The charge to not receive support and basically fight the ticket by myself was $575. I truly try to never leave negative reviews as I understand there are so many variables in business (especially Law), but regardless of the outcome on this case, I would have been happy with the team if I would have received some sort of
