Life changing experience. The Trustee/ Beneficiary sham trust I had to deal with was a very abusive journey. I was referred to this office by another Attorney that had seen personally the ability of performance in the court room . Don’t trust all of what is recommended by others . The out come wasn’t helpful . Being abused by any Trustee is not acceptable. Sadly there was more abuse allowed and the court room fight didn’t come through in private . Abuse is Abuse . Difficult times for attorney made it hard to communicate and pushing to get services like a letter was found to be over priced service . I feel that most people if they were involved in what I went through would agree it was not handled properly and it’s harmed me . I wish you well if you need protection from abusive in the estat

Our neighbor's trees are destroying our chain link fence and our yard. They are effectively stealing our property. I sent pictures to Mammen & Null through email so they could see how bad it is. The secretary told me to call back in a month, that they were really busy. I've called pretty much every attorney in the area, including some in Pendleton and Baker City. I called Mammen & Null back two months later, hoping that would give them more time to clear their schedule. I told the secretary we were desperate for someone to help us. They didn't even have the decency or respect to return my call.

Mr. Null and his staff were wonderful to work with. Every step of making our will was very explained so we were able to make decisions that fit our wishes and what was best for our circumstances. The price was reasonable too.

Appreciate Glen Null and his knowledge of will prep, trusts and helping us with recommendations and support in death of Uncle out of state. He was supportive, returned calls and helped us so much.

I find Mr Null very helpful ,friendly and understanding. What I found most appealing of his services is that he minimize my costs required to meet my needs.
