W. Tracy Brown, Attorney at Law

I wouldnt give him one star!! I Worked with Tracey for over a year and got no results. He screened my calls and I drove 2 hrs to his office for his receptionist Ashley to tell me he was out of the office. Went to leave and he walked out the door. He made promises and didn't hold up on his end. They told me I still had a credit on my account and they never paid it back. After paying the initial payment he became unresponsive, I was unable to get answers, and they gave me the run around with excuses when caught in lies. Don't waste your money. After three years and a new attorney I am finally divorced.

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact Tracy Brown for over a year. He promised to take care of business and I haven’t been able to contact him via phone or in person. I have left message after message and today the voicemail is full. I just want a refund for work that was not done. So unprofessional!

The only thing I can say is WOW! Hands down the worst attorney I can imagine. Great to start and low price. All of the sudden you find out that the agreement you signed was never filed and holds no weight. Then you can’t get a hold of him for 6 months. He has no idea what is going on with the case when you finally do get in contact with him. Then when an emergency happens he yells at you for calling his phone a lot.

BEWARE. Extremely disappointed in this law firm. They do not respond to emails, phone calls, or voice mails. They are completely unresponsive. They have been working on my case for years and I have been left in the dark the entire time. They have made mistakes along the way, thereby wasting valuable time due to their disorganization. I can't schedule a meeting with Tracey Brown even after requests to meet for a case update. As a long-time Summerville resident, with family members and friends all throughout this community, I am saddened to report such an unprofessional law firm in our town. However, I would rather pass along this information to save future neighbors from such unresponsive, and disappointing legal help. I urge you, find another lawyer.

As you all can see alot of us have similar experiences with this con artist! I stated my experience with this unprofessional character that calls himself a lawyer before but as of late i find out even more shady business is going on. The same thing that Bryan was talking about below has happened to me. Brown didn’t file documentation that he was representing me which prolonged my case then once i found out and confronted him about it and fired him and wanted my money back this guy goes back and tries to do the work that he hasnt been doing 2 MONTHS AGO and tries to do it after i fired him to make it seem like he did his job so he could keep my retainer money. I filed a complaint with counsel online i advise everyone to do so its called a ODC complaint form. Fill this out so we can get this
