I'd give them a 0% if possible. THEY ABSOLUTELY SCREWED EVERYTHING UP THAT THEY POSSIBLY COULD HAVE. If you are serious about getting a visa spend a bit more and get a REAL ATTORNEY. These guy say thay have an attorney but if they do then he found his law licence in a box of crakerjacks. They admitted they screwed up and agreed to a partial refund. NEVER RECIEVED A DIME BACK. They screen calls and don't return messages and tell you what you want to hear to get your hard earned money but all you will end up in the end with $1200 and no visa. I've hired a lawyer to go after them as soon as im done reporting what happened to a laundry list agency's that help regulate this type of company. I may not get any money back from them but I will work hard to try to end them.
