We went here and a tall girl with glasses attended us. She charged me about 300 dólares and said my tax check could be to my door in over a week. I went back two more times when my tax wasnt coming un. Yea she's full of it. Im worried about my documents now since she was given access to mine and mychild's. I dont recomend this place. They're interested in Filling their Pocket without dong anything.

4 years ago I was waiting for my husband's appointment to arrive with the American consulate in Ciudad Juarez. Months had already passed by and I had not heard anything from U.S. Immigration regarding my husband's case. He was living in Mexico and I was here and we had been told the case would process in less than a year. I went to Norma to see if she could help me find out if the case was processing accordingly; the only thing she did was disappoint me with her negative attitude. She told me I would still have to wait much, much longer for anything to happen. She didn't even bother to try and look online or investigate.She broke my hopes and dreams of reuniting with my husband. A couple of days after seeing her, my husband's appointment arrived.
