I would NOT recommend these people, if you care about your loved ones after you are gone. I wish my dad would have known before his passing how awful these people treat the family of the deceased. Do not get me wrong, Mr. Ed Soulsby is a very nice person. His paralegal, which is the only person that will communicate with you after the fact, does not know how to be honest, forthcoming or communicate. My dealings started back in November 2022, when my father passed away, I dealt face to face with Mr. Ed Soulsby and he stated that I can contact him at any time. Well, that turned out to be incorrect and not forth coming.
