I’m glad some others had a good experience with Wade but I did not. Days after meeting with Wade, I emailed saying I wanted to move forward. No response. I called the office and told the receptionist that I wanted to move forward. No response. I called again. No response. After two plus weeks after my first meeting, I gave It one more try. No response. I called this afternoon to say that I would have to go with another attorney. No response. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get an initial appointment with another firm. This simple FSBO transaction should have been completed by now. Instead, I’ve wasted 3 weeks for nothing. I’m disappointed because my initial impression of Wade was positive.
