I highly recommend this firm. We met with Van Myers. He took his time and went over all the forms that we would need, what they were for and back ups to our back ups. Initially spoke with Caydence Knight who was just so sweet getting our intake information and talking us through what steps would take place. We are very happy we went there

The worst!!! Van Myers sat back watched my son sign for a $243k mortgage as coborrower without a pre-approved credit letter from Fairway Independent Mortgage company. Not only that the sloppiest paperwork I’ve ever encountered!!! With 2 different addresses on the promissary note vs the financial breakdown of the property. I’ll have to get an attorney involved. Wish me luck on getting someone representing myself and my son in the town of Lancaster SC. I tried fighting this with Van in the office and sat by and stated that everything was correct.

Absolute worse lawyers to deal with!!! Attorney is very rude and needs to find another job not having to talk to people. They will hold your funds with no authorization to do so, then get mad and defensive when you call them out about it. Check out Winters Law Firm in Chester SC they will treat you right and handle everything in a timely matter!

I've had the pleasure of working with Brian on two property purchases, but the key to the last was Brian astute assessment of the legal description.
