Got a speeding ticket sometime in July, first time ever. Submitted my situation and got a call back from Frank Mitchell immediately. He had taken my speeding ticket case and got it dismissed! Rather have paid Frank than the hefty priced ticket and gain some points on my license. Great communication between him and Melanie. Always responded quickly and kept me updated!

Paid this Mitchell guy $99 for a speeding ticket traffic stop and another $99 for a separate car accident case for my brother. Told him I was pulled over while heading home because my brother was in a car accident the day before. He said he’d take care of it and get both dismissed. Doubt it was ever brought up, read the court docs. They never returned my calls for updates. No communication from this place for months until a letter arrived in the mail stating my $220 ticket was reduced to $203. Saved me a whole whopping $17. But with the $99 fee, I actually lost $302. Wouldve been better off paying the ticket and going to traffic school. Stay away, the ticket clinic always gets the cases fully dismissed.

I've seen a ton of great reviews here, but unfortunately my experience was much different. They were very nice on the phone, but my case was somehow given to an affiliate lawyer and I heard from him one or 2 times a month or so after the ticket and then he went completely dark. I emailed several times asking for updates, but never heard back. Finally I called the main line and they said "He's not even our lawyer". I told them that I called them originally and had paid them and I was told. "Yeah we don't handle that county so we probably gave it to him, but they couldn't give me any updates other than that I owed money for court fees. I have no idea if it's gone on my insurance or if there's anything further I need to do. The woman that answered the main line said she would email and text M
