My service agent Tarisha was AWESOME. She was very informative and help with getting my ticket resolved. This is not my first time with Ticket Wizard formally known as Unger & Kowitt. I’m very disappointed with my experience with this ticket clinic. I paid $180 expecting professional legal representation, but the final outcome makes it feel like they lost the case rather than defended it. I was still required to pay the full $256 court fee and complete a mandatory 4-hour driving school, with the only benefit being no points. When I questioned the result, they simply blamed the court for being “strict,” but after speaking with others familiar with this court, I learned that experienced attorneys often achieve no points without driving school. In the end, I paid the same fine, extra attorney fees, and lost additional time, which is no better than handling the ticket myself. This felt like a default outcome rather than real advocacy, and I would not recommend their service
