Mr. East is, in my eyes, the very best attorney in Kingsport and the surrounding areas. I had a case that required an experienced, knowledgeable attorney. Mr. East is exactly that. He advised me of what needed to be done. And, he did exactly that. If your case falls in his expertise, I'd advice anyone to hire Mr. East. He did a fantastic job for me and I'm positive he'd do the same for anyone who hires him. He's respectful, kind, understanding and most of all "knows the law". Todd East is an excellent attorney. He is my go-to attorney for anything I need legally. He charges fair prices and does his best everytime. He doesn't always have a lot of time to talk to you but he is always prepared when it's go time. He also has a good working relationship with pretty much everybody. He talks to people involved such as other lawyers or judges behind the scenes so you don't think he's doing anything but then by the time he comes to talk to you he already has everything worked out. I highly recommend him for anything you need legally.

I personally did not have to deal with this man or his secretaries but my fiancé who was in a terrible car wreck had the worst time dealing with Jennifer and Mr. East. She could never get in touch with him. She had questions that they did not feel they needed to answer. She would call to get the slightest bit of information and she was brushed off like they didn’t have her life in their hands. She would call to ask the simplest of questions and was greeted by a rude receptionist almost every time she let Mr. East know of this and he did not say nothing and did not even apologize for them. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel I needed to on this one because this man Made a ton of money off of my fiancé and acted like she was a burden. My son and I were very pleased with Todd East. Their support during a difficult time was wonderful. His office assistance was my Angel walked me through what was happening in every stage. Mr. East also explained things in court and his results were good….we recommend them.
