Law Office of Daniel J Cantwell

Mr Cantwell and his team has been good too me through custody and criminal now. Not good, the best I would say in the area. Ill tell you my experience. I actually spent a couple thousand I didn’t have on a different lawyer before I met Mr Cantwell on a custody battle. I wont mention her name. She done nothing for me. I kept hearing from others about Cantwell. I went for one visit with him and his team. They got done more for me in a day then the lawyer I spent thousands on done in months. So I retained Mr.Cantwell. He hasn’t let me down not once since then. Not saying he doesn’t charge as much or maybe more then some. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Throw your money away to a lawyer that wont help but say they will. If your listening. Atleast talk to him.

I have to say, he is unlike any other attorney I met with or consulted with. By far the most communication. Daniel doesn’t treat you like a number or just another client. He makes your case personal to him. I have been incredibly impressed. He also knows the law extremely well, doesn’t sugarcoat anything, and just truly feels like he’s on your side and not just collecting money. I will strongly recommend him to anyone in need. If you’re looking for a strong communicator, and someone who won’t take BS, this is your guy. He also won’t just tell you what you want to hear. No false promises. So if you’re looking for truth and care, go this route. If you want someone to justify what you “think”, pick someone else.. but he will go out of his way for you. Long nights, weekends.. He did a phenomenal job! His entire staff is extremely professional. Easy to contact office, Daniel himself if he wasn’t with another client. Received call-back either same day or the following morning, 99% call back same day. He went above and beyond to accommodate for an out of the ordinary extenuating circumstance. Extremely, highly recommended!

If zero stars were an option, that's what this would be. I went to Daniel's office for a consultation, and with the intention of retaining him. Unfortunately, he made me feel like I was a nuisance to him, like I had no hope in court and like every "wrong" my ex had done, including steroid abuse and adderall addiction, was "no big deal". Everything I gave him to use against my ex in court was interrupted and shot down, he would laugh at my remarks and I left there in tears. I understand the difference between the truth and what will stand in court, but I believe it is a lawyers job to hear out your facts, direct you on what will hold and what won't and then fight like hell to try and come up with a plan to get you your outcome. Daniel is the absolute best there is. He knows his stuff and was so helpful and added some humor to my life during a rough time.
