I had worked with this attorney’s office in 2024 without issues, which is the only reason I returned. My recent experience, however, was completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I initially emailed with full details requesting a purchase agreement for a new property. After more than a week with no response, I called and was told a message would be passed along. Weeks went by with absolutely no follow-up. I emailed again, called again, and spoke with Pat, who had no record of my previous attempts to contact the office. I was eventually connected with Tom, who promised me a draft by that Friday. Once again, nothing happened. Very friendly staff, Mr. Gleason is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Explains everything in easy to understand language. Comfortable and pleasant waiting area. Love the nutcracker in the front. Not out to "get rich", is very reasonable for price. Thank Mr. Gleason and staff!

I settle here last year, the person buying my house chose this place,and I couldn't get my money for almost 2 weeks they said as long 5 days,I never came across this before they had my house and money,they said it was the company that was giving the loan in Tenn,(get a new company) talk with other lawyer to get my money I'm not sure if other lawyer got my money or timing?🧐😡

We had our mortgage done here. Great staff super friendly. Could ask for a better experience.
