I’ve waited years to write this review because I needed time to reflect, but I still feel deeply disturbed by my experience. Thomas “Tommy” Valerino was my court-assigned lawyer in Central Square, NY, around 2019. After helping me draft a good faith letter, Tommy made an incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional comment. He asked if I had done high school cheerleading, and when I confirmed, he proceeded to ask if I had worn “half tops” for the sport. I tried to politely brush it off, but then he went further and asked if I “had any pictures from that time” that I could send him. To be asked (by an attorney) for photos of me in revealing cheer uniforms from when I was underage was beyond inappropriate and crossed every professional boundary. I went to Tom’s office to have my last will & testament prepared by his staff, Sandy. She did a fine job sorting out my amendments (at my request) for my approval. Tom Valerino Esq. was very professional explaining what was changed (under my approval) which is now legally binding. I want to thank both Sandy and Mr. Valerino once again for their courteous and professional help.
