The real estate process can be a rather tedious and overwhelming process, but Hill & Fischer takes the anxiety out of it. Mr. Seth, Mr. Alex, Mr. Jon and the rest of his staff treat you like family, never a file folder in his cabinet. When you call they don’t have to try and figure out who you are every time you call. That’s a lot of relief. They know what they’re doing and guide you accordingly in your compliance and making sure the other side is in compliance also AND ON TIME! That’s a biggie for me. Seth and the whole team are great to work with. Very knowledgeable. I didn't deal with. Everyone there. But Seth Jon and Alex are very attentive. Never went over a few hours response time. Dealing with a difficult seller attorney, that would wait days to respond. Usually within an hour Seth or the team already had it in my inbox asking me how I wanted to proceed. I will not recommend anyone else, after using them.
