Where to begin? My sister passed away having made no arrangements. My mother, in a nursing home with dementia but never declared incompetent was the legal surviving next of kin. I could not even hire a funeral home to deal with my sister's remains, let alone get into her apartment or deal with the other issues in her life. Tom Heim guided me through the maze with grace, humor, and compassion. A five-star review feels woefully inadequate in expressing my sincere gratitude and appreciation for this man.
