Hello all. Just wanted to express my gratitude for having to have found a fantastic lawyer Henry Weinfield, I'm truly blessed. His assistant Michelle at the front desk cannot go without being recognized as well, she always makes sure he gets messages and in a timely manner. Henry has always went above and beyond to make sure all my questions have been answered and in a timely manner. His attention to detail in cases is phenomenal-- he really truly cares and puts pride into every case he handles and it shows. He is very understanding in all aspects, he takes time to explain things until they are understood and is very patient. My matter was child custody. Henry was excellent all the way through the process. My then wife and I had tried mediation with another lawyer; the process just made my now ex-wife very angry and even more sensitive. We then went with separate lawyers and things got even worse because her lawyer was horrible; he was always significantly late to negotiations and was never prepared. Henry was not only the opposite of her lawyer, he seemed to have somewhat of a calming influence on the situation which took the edge off and put a more positive vibe negotiation process. During a very difficult time in my life (divorcing) Henry talked me through the whole process every step of the way to the end.His kindness and compassion shines through in his work, and he is honest and works hard to get a fair resolution . He also allows you to make the final decision on things after he explains all the choices to you. Having to go through a divorce for most people is upsetting and very stressful .....Henry's personality is calming and sincere yet he fights for fairness and a quick resolution.

This might sound strange but I have had the pleasure of using Henry twice, once for my divorce and again when my ex-wife tried to keep from paying more child support. During the divorce Henry made suggestions and brought to light some issues I didn’t even consider. Because of Henrys experience he was able to educate me about what to expect from my ex-wife and her lawyer so I was not suprised by anything that happened and I was very pleased by the outcome. During my child support battle (which turned out to be in a small way a custody battle) Henry was able to again educate me about what to expect and everything he said would happen did infact happen. Again I was very pleased with the outcome. Henry is able to analyze the circumstances and explain things in a way that is easy to understan

Henry is a fantastic professional, down to earth, easy going, listens to the issues and always keeps everyone up to date.
