I have worked with this attorney for many years and she has proven to be proficient and knowledgeable of every matter I have worked with her on. Theresa is a gem and makes every situation personal to her on my behalf. I have never felt more comfortable and confident with any other attorney. I called this attorney to discuss my case of a buyer for my house who wanted to cancel his contract. She asked a question about the contract and I told her that I didn’t know if there was a contract. Having the correct information was on me. I’m not faulting her for that. But reading the reviews, some have said that she was very unprofessional and very rude. I found that to be true. She spoke to me in such a way that I had to say, “I’m a home owner, miss, and I can only tell you that the buyers are trying to walk out of the deal. I hired her several months ago for a landlord/tenant case. The first red flag was I consulted with her at 11am, paid the $500.00 fee and by 1:00pm I received a bank alert letting me know the check was cashed by her. I have to agree with all of the terrible reviews given to her, she's the worst attorney I've ever encountered. She's very unprofessional and extremely rude. She talks in a very condescending way to you. At the court proceedings I didn't know if she was working for me or the defendant. Come to find out she knew I was going to lose the case but instead of telling me the truth, she took my money and basically went through the motions. I hired another attorney, and he was very professional and was able to have that tenant evicted. I can go on and on about her as a terrible lawyer,

Used this attorney for Child support and custody. As a single  mom looking  to get help from the father of my child  she declined all of my request and allowed  the dad to everything he wanted. Paid her $750  for her to represent me and  loss my case. She was very rude and very unprofessional. Talks down to her clients. This attorney is what you call a sheep in wolves clothing. After my hearing she blocked me and refused to answer any of my calls or questions. Uses religion to con you into thinking she's a nice person. DO NOT waste your time or your money.
