Emolo and Collini Law

Seeked legal advice and help for my son whom case is very complex with too many questions and issues . The son is very friendly , and passionate . After the third meeting I was called in to sign papers for release of records however it was more of an interrogation about my sons condition and me knowing in which I was very clear and up front during the first meeting . After Mr Collini (the dad)made it seem like I was a lier and maybe I just couldn’t remember in which is impossible when someone faces systemic bias through out the medical care of barring a child and doctors were secretive instead of showing me and telling me I had nothing but whatever was written on notes that for whatever reason I didn’t have access too during my pregnancy . Once that meeting was over Mr. Collini went in

I provided video services for this firm back in September of 2024. I have been hounding them for almost a year. Every person at that firm has given me the runaround. I was told that the check was going in the mail that day (several times), that the client was going to be paying it, that the check was sitting on Mr. Collini's desk waiting for his signature (several times), that they would talk to Mr. Collini and get back to me (and I never get a call or email back)...you name it...I heard it. As of today? I am still waiting to get paid! Unacceptable in my book.

The paralegal Anna is one of the most unfriendly, rude and aggressive people that I have had the misfortune to do business with. It's unfortunate that a paralegal can have such a detrimental effect on a law firm's image. I'm sure that the legal advice is sound, but a lot of the time the service depends heavily on the paralegals, and for this reason, I will do my best to avoid doing any business with this firm.

They provided me with services that changed the quality of my life. And allowed me to begin healing from a traumatic life changing accident. I can honestly say my choice in a attorney was not my greatest accident. I'm a grateful client.

This is a great law office. I have been working with them for a couple of months now and my experience here has been great.
