Avoid their Manager of North Carolina Matters The Suttles Law Firm LLC in NC, they are extremely lazy and unresponsive. I was referred to them by LegalEase through my corporate benefit to handle a mold case against an apartment in Greenville, NC. There was no consultation other than email, no timely responses and when the letter finally did get sent over to the apartment’s legal team to get served I never heard their response until 18 days after they replied. I had to reach out to find out the status of the case. The only time I got a response was when I initiated communication.
