5 months I have called 4-5 times a day leaving messages! I have left multiple voicemails for my PD and her supervisor to contact me about my case not one call back, no email and god forbid she show up to court.

Absolute worst representation I have ever had. It’s been four months since I have received an email from my PD, David Karpay of Division P. These people get paid over $100,000 a year. Public defenders are state funded so you guessed it we pay them with our tax dollars to do absolutely nothing but make the state more money and do NOTHING for you besides ignore you and have no clue what your case is about. You want to talk about taxation with out representation, here’s your perfect example. These public defenders run from their work as if they don’t make enough money and then their secretaries take the brunt of the angry clients. Do better.

If I could no stars, I would. Have been trying for 6 weeks to talk to someone. It would take 5 minutes at best. Today, the receptionist told me that today was my first call! Are you kidding me? It's been six weeks now! As we enter the weekend, it will be week 7. This job is a joke to you and our family's person is in your control. Grow a heart and actually call back. You are sick people to not care. Not one call back. If I hear nothing by Monday, the news comes with me next.

If Huffman your public defender run for the hills you can’t trust those eyes . Honestly I don’t think he knows what he is doing !!!The public defenders don’t care about your best interest they you will make you show up to court even when your present is not required and ignored your phone calls. They’re honestly sloppy, messsy and unorganized. If you approach Huffman about your case he have this thing where he just walk off like your not talking to him… just horrible. My case was suppose to be a status check today and close today and he gave me another court date without my consent. He told me to go make a payment then call my case up while I was not present. Sneaky after I waited 4 hours with a 7 month old baby

This PD office is the worst as is most of the PD offices they don't care for the ones they took and oath to defend. They all work for the judge and the courts not for you. They don't even try to understand. I am homelessness living in my car with my cats my husband just passed away a few weeks ago they have no compassion. As far as I concerned they already say you're guilty.
